Dedicated to one of the most controversial psychoanalysts of the 20th century, “A Wilhelm Reich” shows the stocky root of a big tree, of blunt and strong shapes, fixed to the ground over a rectangular stone base.

Manrique’s work in this monument is, as well as in “Raíces al Cielo”, merely choosing the artistic object, found in nature.

Reich, disciple of the famous Sigmund Freud, and whose philosophy placed a strong emphasis on sexual liberation, was a source of inspiration for many artists of the time, and is paid homage in this monument.
